During the Dutch festivities around Sinterklaas in December 2011 traditional chocolate letters where printed live in the chocolate shop. In collaboration with chocolatier Kees Raat, Joris developed a slightly modified Ultimaker for printing directly with chocolate. In the Amsterdam shop Metropolitan Deli people could order their chocolate letter(s) on demand.
